Home Exercise Spring Floors

The Covid epidemic has changed our world in so many ways. In the fitness industry, one trend is that people are bringing equipment into their homes.

We are proud to offer one of the finest products in gym flooring available in the US. All your concerns have been addressed in creating this state-of-the-art floor.
Responsive - Many years of experience and feedback from coaches and trainers have led us to the optimal materials to produce a floor that is fast and responsive for workouts for all sizes. Panel thicknesses provide the proper balance for lively and reactive spring engagement, which minimizes impact on joints so you can stay active longer.
Durable - We use high quality 3/8" (aka 9mm) Baltic Birch on both the lower and upper plywood layers. The Baltic Birch is one of the strongest plywoods in the world and provides a much longer life span for your floor than pine plywood or OSB material. The wood is the most important variable in the engagement of the springs, and therefore, the responsiveness of your floor.
Easy to install - We have made it so simple to install, you will be amazed at how quickly you can install your floor. We sell our floors as Assembled Spring Floors, which means that the American Power Springs™ are already fully mounted to the lower sections of decking and the velcro is already applied to all the panels. There is one spring per square foot of flooring. All you need to do is lay them down and, if you wish, cover with the foam/carpet product of your choice.
We offer your choice of bottom Caps. Our standard Black Caps are strong and fairly rigid. We have been using these caps for floor in Cheer, Gymnastics and Martial Arts for decades. These are recommended if you are putting your floor on concrete or carpet. We have developed a new clear (actually milky white) Softer Non-marring Cap to protect your laminate or vinyl flooring from scratches and scuffs, so you can use on any subfloor. These caps are much softer than the black ones. You should still use caution in setting panels in place, of course. We will supply your floor with the cap of your choice. These caps are priced the same. Just let us know your choice. We are happy to advise.
Warranty - The plywood panels are covered by a limited 5-year warranty from warping or breaking under normal use (cheer, gymnastics, martial arts and aerobics) in a climate controlled area. For more details, go here.

Floor Assembly

The above portrays the assembly process for a 10' x 10' floor. The general process is the same for all sizes. You would just have more or fewer panels. Start in one corner and work toward the opposite corner.

Portable Home Exercise Spring Floors

Some customers that live where space is a premium (typically in large cities), may like this option. You can take your floor apart to be able to more compactly store your floor when not in use. We have an alternative for this situation -- The Portable Home Exericse Spring Floor. It is built with smaller boards so that they can be stored when not in use in a closet or under a bed. They are also easier to handle when moving them into your home or apartment. The Springed boards on the Portables also have hand holes for easier carrying. They are smaller than the regular Spring Floors -- typically 5' x the width of your choice. Portables must be 5' in one direction. The width can be varied to a whole foot size.
