Due to this beams unique patented qualities there is no side to side rocking of the top at any point during use. Plus, the top remains completely flat and stable during non-rebounding skills such as turns, dance moves and walking. Learning to recover is a big part of balance beam training or cheerleading stunting (fliers). Working on your body waves and single leg scales lets you strengthen support muscles and develop recovery strategies.
