Gymnasts have serious wrist problems that frequently are just treated with supports. Supports are often necessary but should also be accompanied with a program to strengthen the wrist to meet the demanding requirements of the sport. It induces balance between the flexor and extensor muscles of the hand/wrist/forearm, stimulates all 3 nerve pathways to the muscles of the hand, increases the strength of the muscles that spread the fingers and thumb, exercises the fingers and thumbs through their full range of motion. Sizing - comes with a band for sm/med hand and a band for med/lg hand, therefore one size fits all.

Nastia Tiger Paws

By far the most comfortable and supportive wrist support and injury protection on the market. The Nastia Tiger Paws are available in Sand or Pink. Choose the one for you. Size is determined by the weight of the athlete. Most popular color is sand as it is a more subtle color for competition days. Sold in pairs only. The Ultimate Wrist Support

The Ultimate Wrist Support - For major wrist problems this wrist support features interchangeable foam inserts which allows you to vary the degree of support. Cordura nylon outer shell adds extra stability. Cordura is extremely durable and does not stretch. Neoprene lining completely surrounds the wrist for a padded fit without pinching. Two direction hook-loop strap allows for a tapered fit without constant readjustments. Mushroom shaped base supports both dorsal and lateral flexing of the wrist. Comes with one 1/8" & one 3/16" pad.
