Designed as a lightweight, economical and easier to use alternative for practicing mounts. (Note: Not to be used as a springboard.) Filler foam consists of polyurethane sandwiched between two crosslink sections. Cover is made of our ultra-durable 18 oz. vinyl-coated polyester. Handles on sides make it easy to move. Allow 2 to 3 weeks to ship. 20 lbs. Shipping is included inside the US (lower 48).

Our new 8' long 7" wide beam training table is a versatile new way to train all levels of athlete in a safe way. At 7" wide with a 1.25" foam padding and vinyl cover this is a great beam for training a new flight series or that first walkover and cartwheel. This takes much of the fear out of learning new stunts on the beam. There is a hook under one end so you can clip the beam on to a stall bar and use it for strength and flexibility training also.

New infinitely connectible 4' long x 4" high practice beam is covered with beam suede and filled with solid crosslink foam. 4" wide top surface tapers to a 6" wide base. Connect one or more easily, securely with permanently attached velcro fastener. Excellent for gym or home use. Each section is 4" X 4" X 48". These are not available for pre-Christmas delivery.

This NEW, recently patented, spring loaded balance beam features the combination of internal steel springs and a completely movable top which creates a "Spring Floor" action for the entire working surface of the beam. The combination of internal steel springs and a completely movable top create a "Spring Floor" action for the entire working surface of the beam. The beam core is loaded with steel coil springs along its entire 16' 4" length allowing the top working surface of this beam to become a virtual spring floor. There is no side to side rocking of the top at any point during use AND the top remains completely flat and stable during non rebounding skills such as turns, dance moves and walking. The "hidden" power of the springs will only come into play during rebounding skills and/or landings. There are no problems with take-offs that exit the very end of the beam as the end cap will articulate with the top keeping its integrity even during dismounts. Now legal for all USAG JO Competitions!
The beam can be equipped with the necessary attachments to accept either a Speith or and AAI beam legs. All components are made of heavy duty materials.

They stick to carpeted floors like glue! First introduced in 1988, these strips are great for learning cartwheels, lining up classes, directing traffic, obstacle courses and many other situations around the gym. The 4" wide velcro sewn to a colorful vinyl strip is hemmed all around. No raw edges like other brands. They are sold in random colors in sets of 4 or 13. Ships via UPS. 8 feet long.

A great gymnastics balance beam for home, mobile gym programs, travel or gym schools. This flexible foam core beam is 9' or 12.5' and 2" high. The working surface is 4" wide and the bottom is 6" wide. See additional photos by clicking on 'Details' on the right. Two options to choose from:

  • The 12.5' long Basic Foam Beam consist of 4 sections of 32.5" long tri-laminated Royal Blue-Pink-Royal Blue high density EVA foam. Each section connects end to end with a T-shaped puzzle connector. $84 -- Shipping included. (T192-12F)
