The Pommel Top Trainer includes the top, 2 standard pommels and 1 extra long
pommel. The Pommel Top attaches to your Basic MushroomŪ base (not included) or can be used on
the floor to train extended pommel horse circles or floor circles. The standard pommels easily adjust inward to accommodate the smaller gymnast or 1 standard
pommel can be attached in the middle for single pommel circles. The extra long pommel attaches diagonally to the pommel top for beginning single pommel work.
Includes combination socket wrench and center tightening knob.
