This gymnastics training equipment includes (T179PT) Pommel Top with 3 Pommels and T182 The Basic MushroomŪ. Interchange the MushroomŪ Head with the Pommel Top or use the Pommel Top for use directly on the floor. The Pommel Top comes with 3 wooden pommels -- two standard and one extra long which can be mounted in several positions to the wooden top. The Mushroom heads are 24" in
diameter and is constructed of blue 100% self-skinning textured non-slip foam.. The regular Mushroom head is 5" tall and can be used by itself directly on the floor as well. Total height of the Basic Mushroom is 20". The Base alone is 15". Meets USAG specifications.
